Hello! I am Lane Fenton, a lighting and themed entertainment designer. I am an entertainment lighting technician for Universal Destinations & Experiences.

Hailing from Columbia, MD, I grew up with music and acting dramatics since age four. When my family moved to central Florida, what once were annual vacations to theme parks were now frequent, local visits. My adoration for shows and live entertainment manifested itself into a passion: theatre. In middle school, I began what would become a seven-year-long acting career, eventually going to and graduating from a performing arts high school for drama.

By college, my passions were offstage, focusing on hospitality and technical design for theatre and theme parks. I like to create representative and immersive designs that honor my background and incorporate activism into artistry, helping to reflect more diverse storytelling opportunities. I am an alumna of the Savannah College of Art and Design with a concentration in lighting design and a minor in themed entertainment design.
